I just can't believe that Cen Tex or Lubbock is not viable. But that surprises me as much as Waco and Abilene. You'd think Huntsville might be a great spot for the outlaws. I can just imagine their unis...

Possible that Austin could move up the I35 corridor somewhere? There are multiple cities with areas already in place, not sure if any have ice plants though.

San Angelo might be an option, but I think that the old Lubbock group has been looking that over for a yr now, iirc. Maybe not. Word is that Allen is not getting a CHL team. And Mansfield isn't a player right now. Perhaps a team from another league but not the CHL. If Austin moves it would more than likely be to a city with a facility that would seat more than 1900.
