Do I personally think it is enough? Depends on the team. Teams that keep their core team each season don't probably have much issue with it. Teams that start over for the most part every season do.

If ice is available and players are in town, teams can make ice time available for the players to have their own "skates", but no coaches can participate. Of course the players do a pretty good job of running their own practices.
