Volleyball is actually very popular. With high schools, volleyball is unbelievable with young girls. Club volleyball is alot like select baseball for the boys. My youngest daughter played club when she was in high school and they travel everywhere to play in tournaments and competition. They had team play in the big tournament in Dallas from all over the United States. There were on average over 50 to 75 courts set up in the Dallas convention center and there were games going on from dawn to dusk for a three to four day tournament. It was awesome.

I think the indoor volleyball courts will be a huge success. Most clubs are renting gyms in the high schools for their practices ( which each team usually practices twice a week) and I think NYTEX will get alot of those teams because of the location. I do worry about weekend tournaments interferring with the Brahmas games for parking. That would be my major concern. Hopefully, the tournaments would be over before our games would start.

NYTEX will get a lot of traffic from alot of people that otherwise might not have ever come to the arena..... therefore, we might get some new fans from all of the clubs.

I think it is great. My youngest daughter hopes they form some coed teams. She would love it.
