Anyone that has ever been professionally trained as a Project Mgr has gotten the talk about stakeholders. Stakeholders in this sense are everything from Stuart down to the fan. It isn't just about investors (financial or time), it is about EVERY entity that contributes to the success of that project. One of your first steps is setting up a communications plan to these stakeholders. Honestly, I would say the Brahmas are more of a project right now than a program with all the changes...

While alot of the final perception will come from the on ice performance, it isn't exactly where the question marks are coming from when I talk to other fans....
