We acquired Jaeger 12/31/07, and yes, Cacciola was overexposed before that time, but what other option did Dan have? As for Cash's injury, that I can't comment on. Dan has done an amazing job choosing his players, all of them, and we've been blessed to have two starting caliber goaltenders. Each has their own style in net and Dan has matched them well against our opponents at home and away, as well as given each very close to equal playing time, which is almost unheard of in this league. However, we must also give credit to the rest of the team - our defense has been outstanding, overall, helping our netminders to keep the puck out of the net, as well as the offense keeping the puck mostly on the other side of the ice... Kudos to Dan and the rest of the young men on this team. Over the years, I've seen many outstanding players, but I think I would have to vote this Brahmas team, the team with the most heart as well as skill. Thank you gentlemen, for a wonderful season, so far. I would wish good luck for the rest of it, but I don't think it's all been luck up to this point, so, may the hockey gods smile upon you, whatever luck was involved, continue, and finish the season knowing it was a job well done with skill, determination and planning... your focus' never waivering....

Now, I'm thinking we'll see Carroll in net this weekend for Bossier...
