I can remember a certain player that was known for the same thing. Who does he coach now?? O yes the bramahs. People hated and talked about wildfong the same
way they do about Kozak but i think more about kozak cause of his size, strength, and dare i say skill, you dont get 57 points in 64 games, which he has in the
past 2 years, if you dont have alot of skill.
He's not a goon i was under the impression that a goon could only hurt people and contribute to a team. I believe he is a agitator(sp?) much like Wildfong. |

Agitators don't attack 140 lb. equipment managers. Only thugs and goons act like that. He should have been cuffed and taken away.

The league office would take a very dim view of teams getting an outside agency involved in on-ice/game action incidents.

Fast cars, the league or club doesn't have any say-so in felony assault cases. Westy, Drew, myself, and others remember the Blazers player who was cuffed
and taken to jail by Fort Worth's finest, one of whom saw the player take a swipe at the goal judge with his stick. The Bulls GM bailed him out and I think
charges were later dropped. The bulls didn't want the player arrested but the cop nailed him anyway. If the game with the Queens had been in Fort Worth,
chances are kojak would have been arrested.

The ice is where it stops. Violence player to player is league officials on ice. Unless it is with intent and the outcome is dire. Player to fan or player to
off ice person is police if charges are filed. They will hold them for determination. He is lucky he was not in another town or that NRH did not see. It is
assualt in a public place. The minimum would be a fine. Since they were out of town and out of State, the fine would have to be paid prior to leaving, our
school fine for such is $500, first offense. Since he used a stick I am sure it would be more. The police are sworn law enforcement not security, They have a
duty to protect and are hired for that, not to hold up the ice. We have only police and ticket takers no private security.

Justin (my son and I were there) was talking with Fastcars tonight about this incident. Now remember Justin is 10 yrs old and does not read the boards-and I
never saw the incident. FC mentioned Kozack (Nosack) doing something to Sparky (he never said what though)-to which Justin replied:
"I was standing in the corner of the glass-Sparky and the big guy were talking and the big guy from mempiss (I know I should not have taught him that name) said a bad word to Sparky (he won't say what word, but I got it out of him later)-Sparky said it back and the big guy spit on him. A little while later the big guy was again by the bench and jabbed him with his stick. I t had to hurt cuz Sparky got white faced. Then they made me move-I wanted to see what happened." FC looked at me and said that is what he had "heard"-to which I replied "Damn he sees more of the game than I do-I never saw it or knew about it." Nosack has some talent-I will give him that. But he is at this level for 1 reason and 1 reason only-he has no desire/hustle/coachability. He looks for little guys to fight with and is a master at behind the play tactics. As old and slow as mempiss is-playing a speed team hurts them-they can not keep up and resort to hooking-holding-slashing--and Justin pointed this out to me. Seeing things through the eyes of a 10 yr old--just sayin'.......

I'm wondering why Brahmas players didn't stand up for their equipment manager. Do they not like him or what? On most teams retribution would have been
swift and severe.
