Playing the Eagles in their barn definitely has it's disadvantages. They are in a 5000 pluse seat house and it continues to be sold
out. Can you imagine all those fans cheering? If ever a team needed a lift, wouldn't that do it? To be the visitor means you have to be prepared for
that much and the fact the Eagles are a great team.
That much said, I am amazed at the strength and determination our Brahmas exhibited in this last game. I think the fact each one of our guys were able to discount being the underdog is simply amazing. The mind set may be of greater consequence than the partnered skill. There is no way we could have played that great a game without being mentally prepared. That much just blows my mind.
So many of us fans sat around the CHL TV thing with some degree of fear in the back of our minds. For our team, our guys to attack the Eagles with such intensity and skill just exemplifies their drive, their enthusiasm. They truly have acquired what it takes to become champions.
