The most recent meeting of the booster club was 9/12/07.
At that meeting, it was voted to disband the club.
Members of the booster club that were at meeting are aware of what is going on.
I do sense the ground swell of questions from people who were not members,
and we will take steps to try and make sure all who want to stay informed can

Professional Accounting and or Legal assistance is required to handle this dissolution properly.
The bylaws do clearly state that money will be donated to a charity.
And it will be.
Patience people.
That does not mean that all processes and events
that need to take place to dissolve the club can take place overnight.
Certainly funds can not be distributed until there is an accurate accounting of how
much is left to be distributed.

There are legal and accounting repercussions to this that must be handled appropriately.
It is not my intention to carry on debate about items on this board,
nor will I discuss this matter further on this board.
I am simply letting all know that the funds are well documented,
everything is being handled with utmost diligence to legal and accounting issues,
and information will be made public in the appropriate forum.
To my knowledge there were only 2 items donated to the registries.
One was to be delivered to the donors house, he asked me what to do with it.
I told him to give it to Dan.

The other item was canceled by its donor.
If there were more items donated I will find out where they
are and get them to where they belong.
Until then, patience, and lets keep things accurate and avoid mudslinging please.
You can also make threatening statements about contacting legal authorities,
and that is your right, but since the officers are being appropriately diligent.
Your claims would be false accusations.
It has come to my attention tonight that the email link on the booster site
was not working properly, but it is now fixed.
Please re-send anything that you feel should have gotten to me.
In summary,
The meeting to dissolve the club was not even two weeks ago,
and things are currently being done to handle this properly and legally.
Information will be posted on the official booster web site as it becomes available.
