Just for clarification. I was running the clock last night and when the ref came and told me about the penalty at the end of the period, I asked why. There is a rule that was put in place to stop any altercations after the period end which states, if you can go to your locker room without getting on the ice you are to do so. In other words, when whoever? from the Brahmas came on the ice at the end of the period to discuss something with the officials without being told to that team gets a penalty. It actually has been there a long time but just since the All-Star game they were told to enforce it. If you remember the Corpus Game they received one of these at the end of a period also.
