Well, you made me go and look it up | ||
|
Here is what I said:
So, what we got here is a Dan Wildfong who knocked the socks off of his interviewers. And, to think he was not reguarded as a big contender in the beginning. I think those skeptable of Dan have to notice how many accomplishments he's put behind him and how eager he is to take on the future. My impression is Dan is like a lit rocket. You'd best hang on or get out of the way. |

I can tell you that I was excited from the second I heard the rumor about Dan coming here. I knew that he had a history of being a winner. I knew that he had
done alot of the recruiting for Muscott. I knew what kind of player that he had been. I called the office and told them that I supported this choice
wholeheartedly. We have had coaches with experience several times and they were coaches on their way out..... we needed someone hungry. Boy, did we get a
good one.
Thanks to Dan and Forbes for being and doing everything that we could have dreamed of. Gina E. |

I was excited about the prospects but I won't repeat what I thought about the process. There has been an on going problem there which seems to have been
corrected this summer. "Any ole hockey player or coach will do" has left the building.

I think he is a pretty good coach - probably the best coach in the CHL this season. I won't be surprised if Forbie lands a head coach job somewhere in the league. |

I will add Trevor Buchanan to the list of possible head coaching candidates. Good pedigree.

Gary he may be great and he may beat my rear but I am stretching the rope a little too far with Trevor "falls like a cut tree" Buchanan. (Biggest

Cowtown and I had Trevor on our list of coaching candidates to replace Sims/ LaRose. I still think he has potential but not as much as Forbie.
