Three months the puck drops and another new season with another unknown first time division. Looking at the standings board to the left sure looks strange,
unfamiliar and not so inviting IMO. Although the schedule favors fuel savings and has teams playing outside of there division more often and longer stands both
away and at home. However, that also has us watching the same team over and over again what crap, understandable but still crap.
Like always it's way to soon to know what we'll have as far as a team, how many will be invited to camp or the number of returning players. Which at this point doesn't look good and that's a shame they are a good group of guy's that could of maybe done even better this year. Dan's honeymoon is over and I guess we'll see if he can put together another good team or not one season isn't enough to judge, it takes several to cement a reputation. It would be interesting to know what the word is about the team amongst players and prospects. What the real skinny is in the inner circle of the player pool.
Stay tuned, it should be interesting. It'll really be hashed over and expect many pros and con's about everything that goes on. Can't wait for these triple digit days to melt away and the ice to be laid down, the logo on the ice and the call of the announcer saying get on your feet the starting lineup for the Brahmas tonight..............
